wonderful stay!
large roomfriendly staffnice spread
the room was large, really comfortable, and clean. the staff was friendly and very helpful. breakfast offered a very nice spread with a lot of variety.
the hotel lacked tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The breakfast had lots of choices. It was very well organised.
The room lacked a kettle. I needed one for tea, but when I requested it, they never provided it. That was not excellent. I also found the location a bit disappointing since it's far from everything important. I hate long walks. So, the missing kettle and the peripheral location were less than thrilling.

The rooms are spacious! and the bathroom was great. Its proximity to the station made travel around the city easy. The staff helped us with some great plans. The breakfast was good and kept us full.
The room lacked tea and coffee, however. I wish it had a kettle!

The staff offered excellent assistance with local transportation and also provided useful tips for nearby attractions, ensuring I could easily navigate the area. Their recommendations made my visit smooth. The reception staff were nice.

The staff was looked super fresh and REALLY friendly. the bed was comfortable and the shower was good. i had a really great shower. The location is convenient for campanha station. the breakfast had a wide selection of food!!!
The hotel is ok, but the location isn't great. the room didn't have a kettle, and i needed to boil water. i asked reception for a kettle. They said they'd check and never did.
